hiDoc arranges video GP appointments for adults booking for themselves. A listed profile does not mean a clinician is online. Immediate requests open only while an approved clinician is available; scheduled slots appear only when that clinician publishes hours.

Provide accurate contact and health information, join from a private place, and tell the clinician if your symptoms change. Repeat prescriptions for chronic medication, sick notes, prescriptions for common acute illnesses and pathology requests are routine parts of this service and are issued after the consultation. They are issued by the treating practitioner exercising clinical judgement, so the practitioner remains responsible for what is and is not appropriate in your case, and may advise in-person care instead. hiDoc is not an emergency service; call 10177 or attend emergency care for urgent symptoms.

Prices are shown before booking. No deposit is taken through the booking form. A completed, clinically appropriate consultation produces an invoice and payment link; released clinical paperwork is accessed in the authenticated records area after payment. If video care is clinically unsuitable, the clinician may waive the fee. See the refund policy for billing concerns.
